Privacy

Last updated 19 August 2026

This page explains what we collect when you join the PrymeLedger waitlist, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain because that is how we think privacy should read.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, you give us:

  • Your name and work email.
  • The ERP you run.
  • What you are looking to solve, and how far along you are.
  • Whether you would like a walkthrough.

We also record basic information about how you arrived — such as the referring page and any campaign tags in the link you followed. We do not collect any of your accounting or business data on this site; the product itself is invite-only and not yet generally available.

Why we collect it

  • To contact you about early access and bring you on as we open it in stages.
  • To prioritise walkthroughs for people who ask for one.
  • To send you the occasional note about what we are building. You can opt out at any time.

Cookies and website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how this website is used — how many people visit, which pages they read, and how many go on to join the waitlist. It sets cookies in your browser and Google processes that information on our behalf. We have turned off Google’s advertising and personalisation features, so this data is not used to target ads at you.

If you join the waitlist, we record the analytics identifier alongside your signup so we can tell which campaigns bring people to us. We do this to measure our own marketing, not to build a profile of you.

You can opt out at any time — use your browser’s cookie controls, a tracker-blocking extension, or Google’s own opt-out add-on. The site works exactly the same either way.

How we store and share it

Your details are stored on Microsoft Azure and protected with reasonable technical and organisational measures. We never sell your information, and we never pass it to another company to market to you.

We do use a small number of service providers to run PrymeLedger, and they process data strictly on our instructions and only to provide their service to us:

  • Microsoft Azure — cloud hosting and the database your details are stored in.
  • Supabase — the database platform we build on.
  • Google Analytics — website usage measurement, as described above.
  • Resend — sending the confirmation email and our updates.
  • Clerk — sign-in, once you have an account.

This is what the consent box on the waitlist form refers to: using your information to run PrymeLedger and to contact you, with no onward sharing for anyone else’s purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — just email [email protected]. Every email we send you includes a way to opt out, and opting out of updates does not remove you from the waitlist unless you ask us to.

Changes to this page

As PrymeLedger grows we will update this page, and we will change the date at the top when we do. For anything you would like to ask, reach us at [email protected].
